Electric Hose Reels

Electric hose reels produced by Unique Hosereels are made of high quality and sturdy steel but can be made to order in other metals upon request. Unique Hosereels’ electric hose reels are manufactured with a standard psi of 300 but can be adjusted for higher psi’s. They use a 2” standard Victaulic inlet and, by request, can be fitted with a 2” right angle Victaulic.

The motor of Unique Hosereels’ electric hose reels are adaptable to AC or DC current and explosion proof with electric, pneumatic air, or hydraulic motors. The rewind is a welded steel frame with a gear crank, which can be chain or gear driven. A special feature of the electric hose reel is its self-lubricating and self aligning bearings, which require very little maintenance. This value added feature is part of Unique Hosereels dedication to providing high quality products that need little care but perform flawlessly.

Unique Hosereels’ equipment is designed to endure the harshest environments. Our electric hose reels have a standard seal temperature ranging from -76 o F to +356 o F enabling them to outperform and excel in any conditions as well as any type of weather or climate.

The foundation of any hose reel lay in its spool, which has to be strong and durable. Unique Hosereels’ spools come in standard grey and are made of the highest quality steel that has exceptional durability and resistance. The edges of the spool are rolled to add strength and make for smooth operation as well as safety.
